Registered Psychological Associate · PSB 94029697
My clients are children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families navigating academic, emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, social challenges, life transitions, and learning concerns. I also specialize in comprehensive psychoeducational and psychological assessments designed to provide clarity regarding ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning, autism spectrum traits, emotional functioning, and social-emotional needs.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, culturally responsive, and solution-focused. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based interventions, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, confidence, resilience, and practical coping skills that can be applied in everyday life.
I specialize in helping families and individuals better understand the “why” behind emotional, behavioral, academic, or social struggles. Sometimes challenges that appear to be anxiety, ADHD, or behavioral concerns may actually be connected to underlying learning, processing, trauma-related, or emotional factors. Through comprehensive assessment and individualized support, I work to identify strengths, clarify areas of need, and develop meaningful strategies that support long-term success at home, school, work, and in relationships.
As both a Psychological Associate and Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP), I bring extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across educational and mental health settings. This unique background allows me to understand the important connection between emotional wellness, behavior, learning, and overall functioning.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you are searching for answers, advocating for support, or trying to create meaningful change in your life or family. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way. If you are ready to take the next step toward greater clarity, healing, and personal growth, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
